Sean Sullivan has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Sean started their career as a Process Engineer at Golden Photon in 1994. Sean then joined Microsemi Corporation in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Process Engineer and later as the Wafer Fab Operations and Engineering Manager. At Microsemi Corporation, they implemented self-directed work teams, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma techniques to improve process capacity and decrease cycle times. In 2005, they worked as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Sundyne, overseeing machine shop operations and ensuring production goals were met. From 2006 to 2008, Sean worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Infinite Power Solutions, focusing on the transfer of R&D processes to high-volume manufacturing. Since 2008, they have been working at EnerSys in various roles, including Senior Process Engineer and Director of Product Engineering TPPL. In their current role, they lead the global Product TPPL Engineering and Process Development team and is responsible for design improvements and meeting company objectives.
Sean Sullivan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, from 1990 to 1994. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
