Tim Gibbons

Tim Gibbons is an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in plant management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the UK Director and Plant Manager at EnerSys since August 2020, Tim oversees over 450 employees. Previously, Tim held similar roles at Forged Solutions Group and Federal Mogul Friction Products Ltd, where responsibilities included managing production of forged aerospace components and automotive brake pads, respectively. Tim's extensive career also includes leadership positions at TIMET, Rio Tinto Alcan, Alcoa, and British Steel, where expertise in manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and customer service was developed. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Swansea University.
