Kyle Minton has diverse work experience in the field of software development and technical management. Kyle began their career in 2008 with Texas A&M Telecommunications, where they worked as an Inventory Management specialist until 2010. In 2010, they joined PowerDB, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst and stayed there until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in software development and analysis. In 2013, they joined Selman & Associates, LTD. as a Software Engineer for a brief period of seven months. Following that, they joined Enertia Software in 2013 and held various roles including Support Developer, Software Developer, and currently serves as the Technical Manager for Customer Solutions.
