Deborah Blane

Deborah Blane is a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in project management and IT systems development, focusing on quality management and business process re-engineering. Currently, they lead the Energy Solutions and Analytics, Demand Response Business Area at EOH Industrial Technologies in Johannesburg, South Africa, where they manage a significant electricity load for Eskom and oversee the industry's leading demand response management platform, DRPRo. With a strong educational background in Business Information Systems and Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, they have held various roles in renowned companies, including ING, Eskom, and Siemens. Additionally, Deborah is the founder and manager of the Schnauzer Friends South Africa community, promoting the well-being of miniature schnauzers. They are a member of the Project Management Institute and hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.
