Aline Gomes

Aline Gomes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Gerente Jurídico and Corporate Counsel at Eneva since July 2017, Aline has also held positions such as Head of Legal at Sistac - Sistemas De Acesso and Transaction Associate at Roosevelt Management Company LLC. Aline began the legal career at Brookfield Asset Management as a Summer Associate and has significant experience from roles at Ideiasnet, where Aline served as Head of Legal and Legal Counsel, as well as internships at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Rennó, Aragão & Lopes da Costa Advogados. Aline holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporations from New York University and multiple specialized degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as in Business Law from prominent institutions including Fundação Dom Cabral and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, complemented by a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
