Aline Nuffer

Aline Nuffer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and employee training. Currently serving as Gerente de RH and Gerente de Atração e Desenvolvimento at Eneva since July 2021, Aline has previously held significant HR roles at INVEPAR from August 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included defining strategies for learning and development, recruitment, and internal communication across the group. Prior experience at Light (2011-2018) involved managing large teams and developing comprehensive workforce programs, achieving high participant satisfaction and safety improvements. Aline began a career at Oi (2008-2011), focusing on training program development and LMS management. Aline holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
