Arley Mar

Arley Mar is currently the Gerente O&M at Eneva since 2024 and has been the Gerente de Operação at Gera Maranhão since 2016. Previously, Arley held various roles, including Gerente de Controle/Regulação, where they focused on energy processes within the regulated environment of ANEEL, CCEE, and ONS. Earlier in their career, Arley worked as a Técnico em Instrumentação at MPX Energia from 2010 to 2012 and as a Técnico Especializado at Vale from 2005 to 2010. Arley is pursuing a Bacharelado em Direito at Faculdade Pitagoras, expected to be completed in 2025, and holds degrees in Gerenciamento de Projetos and Sistemas de Informação from Pitagoras and Uniceuma, respectively.
