Diego Martinez has extensive experience in maritime operations and naval project management, beginning as an Estagiário - Projetista Naval at Nauplan Consultoria Naval from February 2011 to July 2011, where technical projects for vessels were developed using software such as Delftship and Autocad. Following this, Diego held various roles within the Marinha do Brasil, including Capitão-Tenente from February 2024 to February 2025, overseeing maritime professional education and project management, and Primeiro-Tenente, responsible for naval inspections and telematics. Diego also served as a Vistoriador Naval at EMGEPRON from February 2012 to February 2017, conducting inspections for the Brazilian Maritime Authority.
