Felippe Valverde

Felippe Valverde is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations and M&A at Eneva, where significant achievements include leading the landmark acquisition of CELSE, Latin America's largest thermal power plant, and orchestrating the Eneva 2023 investor day event. Valverde has held various finance roles at Eneva, including Corporate Finance, Valuation and M&A Manager, and Coordinator, successfully managing multiple project valuations and notable acquisitions, like Focus Energia. Prior experience includes senior roles in financial planning and analysis at Vale and IBM, where Valverde also maintained and optimized budgeting tools, coordinated global IT budgets, and ensured project execution. Valverde holds an Executive Programme certification in M&A and Corporate Strategy from INSEAD, an MBA in Economic and Financial Management from FGV, and a degree in Economics from UERJ.
