Michaella Novais is currently an intern in Supply Chain Processes & Projects at Eneva, focusing on data management, process improvement, supplier management, and internal communications. Michaella has held leadership positions in human resources and financial-legal coordination at Expand Jr., where tasks involved team management, process structuring, and event organization. Additional experience spans various roles in customer service, sales consulting, and education support, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.
