Rubens Gomes began their professional career as an auto mechanic at Ceará Motor SA before joining Cervejarias Kaiser, now part of Heineken Brasil, in 2009. Over the years, they held various positions, culminating in their role as Maintenance Manager, where they oversaw industrial maintenance for the Pacatuba facility. Rubens studied Industrial Production Technology at Universidade Vale do Acarau from 2005 to 2007. Currently, Rubens serves as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at Eneva.
