Tom Janssen

Tom Janssen has extensive experience in recruitment and management, currently serving as Manager Recruitment at Enexis Groep since April 2018, after progressing through roles as Senior Corporate Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to this, Tom worked at Techsharks B.V. from January 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included consultancy, staff management, and recruitment in technical sectors. Earlier roles include Manager Specialty Techniek at ManpowerGroup and project management at Medialaan | Orangebook. Tom holds a BSc in Commerce with a focus on Marketing from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, alongside other certifications and trainings in sales and business studies.
