Fernando Davila has extensive experience in investment banking and finance, having served in various roles at Barclays Investment Bank from June 2014 to August 2014 as an Investment Banking Summer Associate and later as an Investment Banking Associate and Vice President focusing on Latin American M&A. Currently, Fernando holds the position of VP of Capital Formation for the Americas at Enfinity Global, starting in October 2024, and previously worked as a Director at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank from March 2022 to February 2024. Earlier in career, Fernando worked as an Intern - Junior Consultant at IVC International Venture Consultants and held positions in institutional sales and trading, operations specialist, and client services at StateTrust from June 2009 to June 2011. Fernando earned a BSBA in Finance and International Management from Boston University - School of Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
