Michael Prudente

Michael Prudente is an internationally experienced construction executive currently serving as the Head of EPC Americas at Enfinity Global. With a solid background in project development, proposals, and team building, they have successfully managed large-scale projects across the United States and internationally, including significant works in Ghana, Israel, and various states in the U.S. Michael has held various roles at Conti Federal Services, contributing to major military and civil engineering projects, and has cultivated a strong belief in the design-build project delivery method. They hold an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Union College and have participated in executive education at Harvard Business School. Michael is also a passionate advocate for mental health, emphasizing loyalty, hard work, and innovative problem-solving.
