Max Käär has a diverse background in project management and IT operations, with experience in leading teams and implementing various strategies to drive customer satisfaction and profitability. Currently serving as Director of Customer Delivery Management at Enfo, with a strong focus on customer service and project management. Prior roles include positions at TDC, Torex Retail, Carnival Cruise Lines, Baudia Verkkopalvelut Oy, and Sulcus Hospitality Group. Recently completed a Specialist Vocational Qualification in Product Development at the Management Institute of Finland MIF Oy.
