Nick Dybas is an Innovation Fellow at enFocus, working in the Civil and Industry Project Portfolios. They previously served as an Associate Regional Planner for the Madera County Transportation Commission from 2021 to 2023 and as a member of AmeriCorps in 2024, focusing on green building practices in the skilled trades. Nick has also worked as a Shop Manager and Teacher's Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they oversaw machining operations and instructed students in fabrication techniques. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
