Sam Rutherford

Sam Rutherford is an experienced journalist with a focus on consumer technology, currently serving as a Senior Writer at Engadget since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sam worked at Gizmodo.com as a Senior Reporter for Consumer Tech from July 2017 to January 2022, and at Tom's Guide and Laptop Mag as a Senior Product Review Analyst from May 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing benchmarks and testing practices.
