ENGAGE history started in 2010. When ENGAGE signed Architect Engineering contract for the design and construction of buildings and site infrastructure of nuclear project ITER in Cadarache, France.

Since that time ENGAGE assist the Fusion for Energy during the entire construction process, from the detailed design plans to project completion and sign-off, as regards the ITER buildings, the site infrastructures and power supply distribution.

ENGAGE more than just a company, it is an engineering multicultural consortium. Four European companies make up ENGAGE SNC: Assystem (France), Atkins (UK), Empresarios Agrupados (Spain) and EGIS (France). 

Day by day we are creating civil infrastructure and buildings for ITER project. Nowadays our building volume is 750 000 m3.  

We are responsible for engineering, procurement & construction management activities from design to commissioning including planning, architectural issues and nuclear safety.

ENGAGE was awarded the “Industry and Technology Prize” at the GPNI (Grand Prix National de l’Ingénierie) in 2017.

The Engineering Team at ENGAGE is responsible for the end-to-end process of design, construction, and commissioning of civil infrastructure and buildings for the ITER project. This multidisciplinary team oversees detailed engineering plans, procurement, construction management, nuclear safety, and architectural issues. With a diverse array of specialists, the team ensures seamless project execution, from initial planning to final project delivery, adhering to rigorous safety and quality standards.

Cost Management

This department oversees and coordinates construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

This department manages financial planning, reporting, and overall administrative functions of the organization.

Finance and Administration

The Project and Delivery Management team at ENGAGE coordinates and oversees the entire lifecycle of the ITER project, from initial design through to construction and final commissioning. This team ensures that all aspects of project planning, architectural considerations, and nuclear safety requirements are meticulously managed and executed. Their efforts are critical to maintaining project timelines, budget adherence, and quality control, thus contributing to the successful delivery of ENGAGE's engineering and construction commitments.
