Hussein Farghaly

Hussein Farghaly is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in training and career coaching. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Supervisor at Hassan Allam Holding since April 2022, Hussein successfully created and implemented a new concept for Hassan Allam Academy, optimizing the developmental budget by 50% while enhancing efficiency. Additionally, Hussein initiated the Hassan Allam Career Coaching Program, benefiting over 10,000 employees across 17 subsidiaries. Presently, roles also include HR Instructor at ENGAGE, Career Development Coach at Misk Foundation, Trainer at Impact Learning and Development, and Career Coach with the ICF-Egypt Chapter. Previous positions include Learning & Development Senior Specialist at SESCO Trans and Trainer at Aspire Training Solutions, where significant contributions to employability and soft skills training for various stakeholders were made. Hussein holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University.
