Hans Arnouts has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, sales, and consulting. Hans is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Engage Process since February 2021. Previously, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen starting from September 2012.
Hans also founded and owned KlantKundig, a company focused on improving the market positions of businesses through practical services related to Identity, Focus, and Result. Hans held this role since 2005. Additionally, Hans worked at GX Software, where they held the position of CMO and later became the VP of Marketing a.i. from August 2015 to February 2021.
Hans Arnouts was a Partner at Helder Inzicht B.V., a consulting firm specializing in customer orientation, CRM, and cultural change, from September 2013 to February 2021. Hans also worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Longview Solutions from September 2012 to August 2013.
Earlier in their career, Hans served as the Manager of Operations and Manager of Product Development & Marketing at NACHON automatisering BV from November 2009 to June 2012. Hans also had a role as VP of Marketing at GX and Marketing Manager at GX Creative Online development in 2007. Before that, they worked as the Marketing Director at Tridion from January 2006 to February 2007.
Hans Arnouts obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from HBO University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985.
