Tom Higgins

Tom Higgins is a Senior Consultant at Engage Squared, where responsibilities include optimizing organizations' use of the Microsoft suite, particularly Copilot for Microsoft 365, starting in March 2024. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Organisational Change Management at Avanade from August 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant and Consulting Analyst at Accenture from November 2018 to July 2021, and as a Camp Counselor & Social Skills Developer at the University of California, Berkeley in mid-2018. From May 2015 to March 2018, Tom worked as a Senior Bartender at Killashee Hotel, honing customer service and delegation skills through event management interactions. Early experience includes an Information Risk Management internship at KPMG Ireland in 2016 and an intensive web development internship at Pigsback.com in 2013. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2018.
