Mark Humphreys

Mark Humphreys is an experienced management consultant specializing in business transformation and change management. Currently serving as an Associate Management Consultant at Engage Technical Solutions Ltd since August 2023, Mark is involved in a significant business transformation program for the UK Ministry of Defence. Prior to this, Mark dedicated time to pro-bono consulting while mentoring with the Cranfield Trust Mentoring Programme from April 2020 to August 2023. Mark's extensive experience includes a role as Head of Business Transformation Delivery at BT from 2007 to 2020, and management consultancy positions at Chaucer Consulting, Siemens, and Mountain View, where Mark focused on delivering business transformation projects across various sectors, including oil and gas, healthcare, and financial services. Mark holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.
