Our current core services focus on the mental health and wellbeing of young people and their families.
‘Worth-It’ is an original approach to supporting young people struggling with emotional health, mental wellbeing and the effects of multiple trauma. It is a bespoke 13 week mental health and wellbeing programme combining group work and 1-2-1 sessions designed around young people’s personal, social and emotional challenges.

Through our Worth-It programme, we aim to:
• engage young people living in underserved communities who are struggling with mental health issues in a step by step programme to improve their health & wellbeing and prevent further harm.
• assist young people to become more emotionally self aware and gain tools and strategies to enable to cope better with adverse experiences, helping them to make good decisions even in the difficult times.
• improve young people’s educational attainment and prospects and capacity to engage positively with learning.

We are able to deliver Worth-It in your setting.
We also have a licensing offer, enabling you to purchase the programme, alongside training and resources so that you are fully equipped to deliver the course yourselves.
