Dion Reyes is an experienced professional in education and operations with a strong background in leadership and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at engage2learn since June 2020, Dion leads and coaches organizational leaders to enhance people strategies, ensuring that policies are compliant and effective. Previously, Dion held various roles within education, including School Administrator at Round Rock ISD and Mason City Schools, and served as an Intervention Specialist at Oak Hills Local School District. With advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Special Education from Xavier University, Dion is dedicated to improving employee experiences and organizational performance.
