Learning beyond the classroom. Growth through social engagement.

Engage4 designs experience-based learning programs for organisations - from companies to public institutions - through social engagement.

We connect company teams with nonprofit organisations and guide them in knowledge-driven, hands-on collaborations around real challenges.

Not traditional training.
Not traditional volunteering.
But a strategic learning format where employees grow by doing and reflecting.

Participants strengthen their skills in real-life contexts while creating visible societal value.

We help organisations move beyond siloed HR and CSR initiatives by integrating social engagement into talent development strategies.

For companies
• Ready-to-launch and tailor-made learning tracks through social engagement (short & longterm, team-based)
• Skills-based employee volunteering programs
• Strategic guidance on embedding social engagement within HR, CSR and ESG
• Facilitating cross-sector collaboration with measurable outcomes

For nonprofit organisations and foundations, we strengthen their ability to work strategically with companies and match them with expert teams.

Since 2015, we have been pioneers in skills-based employee volunteering in Belgium. Our strength lies in strategically designing collaborations where learning and societal engagement reinforce one another.
Based in Belgium, we work in Dutch, French and English.
