Srikant Chellappa

Srikant Chellappa has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources industry. In 1998, they began their career as a Manager at Capgemini and Ernst & Young. In 2004, they became a Producer/Director at Kalinga Productions. In 2007, they were a Principal and Senior Vice President at emids. In 2018, they joined the Member Board of Directors at Cinema St. Louis. In 2019, they became a Council Member at Forbes Human Resources Council. Finally, in 2022, they were honored to join the HR.com Research Institute Advisory Board as an Advisory Board Member (Performance Management 2022 research).

Srikant Chellappa received their BE in Instrumentation and Control Systems from Delhi University between 1990 and 1994. Srikant then went on to pursue an International MBA in International Business and Finance from The University of Memphis between 1995 and 1996.
