Varun BR has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Varun began their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Fatima Small Scale Industries in 2015. Varun then moved on to Trident Industries in 2018, where they were a Business Development & Supply Chain Executive. In 2019, Varun joined Engagedly Inc, where they have held the roles of Account Executive, Senior Business Development Associate, and Business Development Associate. In their roles at Engagedly Inc, they have been responsible for driving new leads across multiple verticals, generating sales opportunities, and assisting with proactive outreach efforts. At Trident Industries, they scouted for the best orders, served as a Supply Chain Executive, and took part in the accounting and billing departments. At Fatima Small Scale Industries, they developed accurate measurement standards, monitored and analyzed workflow, and created cost models.

Varun BR attended Ramaiah Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management. Prior to that, they attended MES PU College of Arts, Commerce and Science from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Electronics.
