Jeff Issner

Jeff Issner is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of EngagedMD. Jeff has over ten years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and quality assurance.

Jeff started their career at Capital One in 2009 as part of the IT Development Program. Jeff quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Principal Quality Assurance Lead in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for establishing point of sale systems and infrastructure following the acquisition of the Hudson’s Bay private label credit card portfolio. Jeff also implemented state of the art technology in over 600 retail stores to process and decision new credit card applications.

In 2012, Jeff was promoted to Manager, IT Project Management. In this role, they managed global IT integration teams during the merger of the $30 billion HSBC portfolio and Capital One legacy portfolio. Jeff guided the delivery of key business drivers prior to and throughout the merger by setting aggressive schedules, project and resource plans.

In 2014, Jeff left Capital One to co-found EngagedMD. EngagedMD is a healthcare technology company that provides patient engagement solutions to healthcare providers. Under Jeff’s leadership, EngagedMD has become one of the leading providers of patient engagement solutions, with clients all over the United States.

Jeff Issner has a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Jeff also attended Technische Universität Berlin for a time.
