Engagement Manager is an Australian owned and operated organisation, we exist to make stakeholder and community engagement more accessible, consistent, and impactful for councils, local governments, and not-for-profit organisations.

Founded on integrity and a shared belief that good engagement builds trust, stronger decisions, and more connected communities, Engagement Manager brings together decades of combined experience in communications, engagement strategy, local government, and not-for-profit leadership. Our team understands the challenges organisations face—limited resources, competing priorities, and a lack of in-house expertise—yet still being accountable to consult, listen, and respond to their communities.

We saw this gap, and we built a solution.

Our Purpose
We are here to strengthen capability in engagement. Whether it’s a small regional council, a large metropolitan government, or a community-focused not-for-profit, we help organisations embed the skills, frameworks, and tools they need to engage meaningfully with the people they serve.

What We Do

1. Engagement Manager Platform – A purpose-built planning and tracking tool that streamlines approvals, tracks activities, and generates evidence-based reports.

2. Custom Frameworks & Policies – Co-created engagement frameworks and policies that bring clarity, compliance, and consistency while building long-term capability.

3. Consulting & Advisory – Practical, hands-on support to design, deliver, and evaluate engagement strategies tailored to your organisation.

4. Engaging for Impact Training – Specialist training for councils and not-for-profits, where participants bring a real project and leave with a draft engagement plan ready to action.

Our Vision

To empower every council and community-focused organisation to engage with confidence—creating better decisions, stronger connections, and more resilient communities.
