Timothy Halse has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Timothy began their career as a Storeman at a Convenience Store in 1996 and later worked as a Labourer at Craftsman Office Interiors from 2000 to 2001. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Post Logistics as a Warehouse Operations/Forklift Driver, achieving excellent customer service standards and operating reach forklifts. Timothy then moved on to Verduci Enterprises, working as a Forklift Driver/Storeman/OH&S Officer and achieving high customer satisfaction. Timothy also gained experience as a Forklift Driver and Storeman at AMV Fresh in 2012 and as a Forklift Driver/Salesman at Nabhan Fresh Fruit in early 2013. In the same year, they worked at Cranbourne Valley Produce as an IT Support/Storeman/Forklift Driver and achieved a high level of customer satisfaction while operating counter-balanced forklifts. Timothy's most recent position was as a Manager/Supervisor/IT System Administrator at West Fresh, a business that provided fresh produce to hotels and restaurants in Melbourne. This role started full-time in 2001, but they have since transitioned to a part-time casual position to pursue other career opportunities. In 2015, Timothy joined EngageRM (formerly JayThom) as a Lead Software Development Engineer, where they worked with Microsoft CRM to develop solutions for customers and provided customer support.

Prior to that, they had a Certificate II in Computer Systems from Victoria University of Technology in Melbourne, VIC from 2000 to 2002. Timothy completed their high school education specializing in Information Technology at Mackillop Catholic Regional College from 1994 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Timothy has obtained various certifications in different fields, including Microsoft certifications in Azure Fundamentals and Power Platform Developer Associate.
