Dorothy Yiu

Dorothy Yiu is the Co-Founder of EngageRocket, a company that specializes in employee feedback. Dorothy has over six years of experience in management and operations, with a focus on South East Asia.

Dorothy previously worked as the Head of Operations for Gallup in South East Asia. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management of Gallup's SEA Operations team, including strategy, execution, costing, vendor management and quality assurance. Dorothy also led large-scale regional projects with the client service team in South East Asia, Dubai, Hong Kong and Japan in the areas of Leadership, Employee & Customer Engagement and Change Management.

Prior to their role at Gallup, Dorothy worked as an Investment Analyst at OCBC Bank. In this role, they were responsible for analysing FX options and structured equity products to support Global Consumer Bank businesses. Dorothy has a keen interest in economic indicators and has published on this topic in the past.

Dorothy Yiu has a double degree in business management and accountancy from the Singapore Management University. Dorothy also has a degree in investment analysis, risk management and derivatives from the BI Norwegian Business School. Dorothy has A levels from the Raffles Institution.
