Omar Tahboub is the CEO and Co-founder of Engagesoft and a co-founder and board advisor at Riverhead. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Syarah from 2020 to 2024 and held leadership roles at Bayt.com as General Manager and VP of Product from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they were a Project Lead at Andersen Consulting from 1993 to 1996 and held multiple director roles at Oracle between 2007 and 2010. They earned an MBA from Santa Clara University (1998–2001) and a B.Sc. from the University of Jordan (1988–1993).
