Nikhil Kumar

Nikhil Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nikhil currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Engagifii since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at the same company from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Engagifii, Nikhil worked at VMEdu Inc. from April 2013 to May 2021. During their time there, they served as the AVP - Product and Strategy, where they played a key role in designing and delivering the Partner Module of the VMEdu Platform. Nikhil also contributed significantly to the design and development of the Webinar Module, which facilitated the streaming of videos in multiple languages and real-time chat.

From February 2011 to March 2013, Nikhil worked as a Senior Manager - Product and Strategy at Datrix Training, splitting their role between Bangalore, India, and the UK. Their accomplishments during this time include introducing an automation culture, developing and launching the VMEdu Backoffice, and reducing support ticket response time.

Prior to that, Nikhil worked at Tata AIG as a Senior Executive - Agency Business Associates (EBAM) from May 2010 to December 2010. Nikhil also served as a Management Trainee at the company from May 2009 to May 2010, where they focused on understanding various business verticals and expanding the distribution network.

Earlier in their career, Nikhil worked as a Freelancer, specializing as a Web Content Developer from March 2004 to January 2007. Within this role, they gained valuable experience in web content development.

Nikhil Kumar completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Retail Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from L. S. College from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Nikhil achieved the following:
