Raquel Rosenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Coordenadora Micélio at SUMAÚMA Jornalismo since January 2023, Raquel has been a Fellow at Ashoka since March 2018 and a member of the Board of Advisors for democraciaAbierta at openDemocracy since January 2017. As a co-founder and Coordenadora geral at Engajamundo, Raquel has played a pivotal role in facilitating youth participation in international conferences on climate change, gender, and social development since March 2013. Additional experience includes strategic planning at iBrics - The BRICS Institute since January 2011 and holding the position of Vice-president of Talent Management at AIESEC PUC since January 2010. Raquel holds an education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

O Engajamundo surgiu em 2012 no âmbito da Rio+20, Conferência das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável com o intuito de suprir a lacuna de representatividade de jovens em conferências internacionais. O Engaja atua em 5 Grupos de Trabalho: Clima, Cidades Sustentáveis, Gênero, Desenvolvimento Sustentável e Biodiversidade e possui mais de 200 voluntários em 18 estados do Brasil.
