Engco is a commercial consulting and investment company based in Stockholm and Marbella. We support hotel owners, real estate developers, and hospitality businesses across the Nordics and Europe with strategy, concept development, interim leadership, and hands-on execution. Our mission is to create profitable business models and unique hospitality concepts – from idea to operational reality.

Engco also has a strong legacy in hotel ownership and investments. Founded by the Engwall family, the company has been an early shareholder in Winn Hotel Group, today one of Scandinavia’s leading hotel operators. Building on that heritage, Engco continues to combine consulting expertise with active investments in both hospitality and SaaS companies. We selectively invest in – and occasionally divest – projects where we see strong strategic potential and long-term value creation.

Through our international hospitality network, we also source and negotiate hotels and venues for corporate conferences and events, including unique concepts within golf and padel travel.
