Bashier Amien

Bashier Amien is a qualified chartered accountant who has held various roles in auditing and financial management. They began their career as an Audit Trainee at BDO Spencer Steward from 1999 to 2002, progressing to an Audit Manager at Horwath Zeller Karro. Bashier has also served as a Financial Services Manager at Old Mutual South Africa and held multiple positions at Engen, including Crude Oil Cost Accountant and Profit Analyst Refinery. Their entrepreneurial experience includes being a franchisee from 2011 to 2015, after which they contributed as an Auditor at the South African Revenue Service (SARS). Bashier holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Town and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
