Christopher Klem is the Vice President of Commercial Manufacturing at enGene, a position held since 2025. Previously, Klem served as Senior Director of External Manufacturing at Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc. from 2023 to 2025, and as External Manufacturing and CDMO Lead at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. from 2017 to 2023. Prior to this, Klem was the Director of Bioservices for BB50 Manufacturing at ImClone Systems, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, from 2004 to 2017. Klem holds a Master of Business Administration in Pharmaceutical Management from Aspen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
