Jason Welch is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at enGene since March 2025, Jason has previously held senior positions including Sr. Director of IT at Allurion Technologies and Sr. IT Support Manager at ezCater. Prior roles also include Server Technology Manager at Eaton Vance and various leadership positions at Bain Capital, where Jason developed significant IT infrastructure expertise.
