Kiley Cargill

Kiley Cargill is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the HR field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at enGene since March 2025, Kiley previously worked at Ørsted as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a managerial role in HR operations at Catamaran Bio, along with talent acquisition and general HR responsibilities at Ørsted and office management duties at Cambridge Network. Kiley began the career in HR as a Programs Department Intern with Student Veterans of America and has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Marymount University.
