Robert Frederick Seamark

Professor Seamark is a pioneer and leading figure in Australian Biotechnology, with a 40 year career of total commitment and dedication to research, development and innovation in medical, livestock and environmental sciences. He has extensive experience in the development and management of multi-institutional, multi-disciplinary research and educational projects with a strong focus on Technology Transfer and Commercial outcomes. He was the former Chair of the Advisory Board and Director of the Flinders Medical Research Institute and is presently a Professor in Medical Biochemistry at Flinders University. He has served as a Mentor and Advisor to EnGeneIC Ltd since its inception in 2001.
