Jan B.

Jan B. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Engenious since May 2022. Previously, Jan was associated with Solidbrain, where they held multiple positions including Chief Executive Officer, VP Delivery Poland, Chief Operating Officer/Board Member, Senior Client Director, and Customer Success/Operations Manager. Jan also worked at Ericpol/Ericsson as a Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager, Project Manager, Agile Coach/Project Coordinator, and Software Engineer/Tester. Jan started their career at CSN-Stanel Automatyka as an Automation Engineer and at Delphi Automotive Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer in the chassis division.

Jan B. holds a Master of Science degree in Automation and Robotics from AGH University of Krakow, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. In addition, they pursued further education at Krakow University of Economics, where they completed a podyplomowe program in project management from 2011 to 2012. Jan B. has also obtained additional certifications, including ITIL foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice and PMP from Project Management Institute in 2014. Jan is also a Certified Scrum Master, certified by Scrum Alliance.
