Cal Douglass

Cal Douglass, PE, LEED AP, is a Partner and Principal Engineer at Engenium Group, where they oversee a dedicated team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design engineers. They have extensive experience in HVAC and plumbing design, having contributed to numerous projects that achieved LEED certification and secured utility rebates for clients. Prior to their current role, Cal served as a mechanical engineer at James Posey Associates, Inc., and held internships at Sebesta Blomberg and Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP. Cal holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
