Michael Whitley

Michael Whitley has worked in various positions since 1998. Michael began their career as a Research Assistant and EE572 Microelectronic Fabrication and Design Lab Instructor at Auburn University. Michael then moved on to become a Project Manager at MEMS Optical, Inc. in 1999. In 2003, they became an Engineer at Morgan Research Corporation. In 2006, they became the Microsystems Department Manager at Stanley Associates. In 2010, they were the Owner and Chief Operating Officer at EngeniusMicro. Finally, in 2019, they became a Patient Advocate at Kidney Cancer.

Michael Whitley completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Alabama in 2020. Michael previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Auburn University in 1999. Before that, they attended Saks High School from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama in 2020, an Additive Manufacturing Associates Level from Dassault Systèmes in 2019, a Certified SolidWorks Associate from Dassault Systèmes in 2017, and a Professional Engineer from the Alabama Board of Engineering and Land Surveyors in 2003.
