Dan Barker

Dan Barker is currently the Proposal and Marketing Coordinator at ENGEO, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dan served at Swiftpoint Ltd from December 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included Global Business Development Executive and Key Account Manager. Experience in retail was gained at Mitre 10 New Zealand Limited from October 2010 to December 2014 as a Retail Assistant, focusing on customer service, sales, and stock management. Dan also worked briefly as a Summer Student at Fonterra in early 2014, realigning site-specific documentation, and held retail assistant positions at Briscoe Group and The Warehouse Ltd, where skills in customer handling and loss prevention were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Canterbury and a Certificate in Live Sound and Event Management from Tai Poutini Polytechnic.
