Haley Ralston is a Project Geologist at ENGEO, where they focus on Geologic Hazard Abatement District (GHAD) consultation and management. They work to educate others about geologic hazards and the benefits of GHADs. Previously, Haley served as a Staff Geologist, assisting with the monitoring and mitigation of geologic hazards within home developments. Haley holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Geophysics and Earth Science from the UCSB Department of Earth Science, earned in 2016.
