Jeff Adams

Principal at ENGEO

Jeff leads our environmental/geoenvironmental services group, providing assessment of properties during due diligence activities and characterization, delineation, and remediation of environmentally impacted sites. Jeff has contributed to a wide range of remediation and development projects in high-density and low-density urban and suburban settings redeveloped for a variety of uses. He assists clients in developing real estate project budgets and cash flow analyses where innovative solutions have been considered or necessitated. His research interests include green and sustainable remediation (GSR) environmental applications and emerging public/private financial mechanisms to mitigate flood-related losses.

“I’m passionate about Brownfield redevelopment. My role allows me to contribute to urban land recycling and restoration in a meaningful way. And, I love ENGEO’s servant leadership model. It is a magical thing when we approach every day as an opportunity to serve others.”

A little known fact about Jeff – he is a trivia whiz…the more useless, obscure, and inane, the better. Jeff is a spectator sports nut – especially baseball, football, and hockey. And, he’s working on some new hobbies – sailing, art/architecture appreciation, and wine appreciation.
