Scott is a technically accomplished and client-focused engineering leader. He seeks to proactively tackle problems and implement creative solutions as part of an international team solving the world’s most difficult engineering challenges. He is adept at providing technical leadership in the form of complex field testing and observation, site characterization, geotechnical data analysis and monitoring and management services and is well versed in a broad spectrum of environmental engineering. He specializes in Phase I, II, & III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) of contaminated sites and brownfield redevelopments.

Scott has an amazing ability to turn an everyday sentence into a pun with hit-and-miss humor. Outside of work, you’ll find him hiking, biking, and playing sports.
