Mike Bland

Mike Bland is a Developer Experience Platform Architect at EngFlow since March 2024, with a rich background in technology and quality culture initiatives. Previously, Mike served as the Instigator of the Quality Culture Initiative at Apple from November 2018 to November 2022, focusing on sustainable testing practices. Prior roles include Senior Site Reliability Architect at Cvent and independent contractor at MSB Tech Enablement, emphasizing knowledge sharing and automated testing. Mike's career began at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems and included significant contributions as a Senior Software Engineer at Google. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Christopher Newport University.
