Andreea Demșa

Andreea Demșa is an experienced HR Digital Specialist at ENGIE since December 2020, specializing in HR systems deployment, project management, and user training. With a strong background in digital project contributions and technical requirement documentation, Andreea has played a key role in the implementation of SuccessFactors and the development of HR applications in PowerApps. Previous experience includes serving as a Sourcing Lead and Project Consultant at Ericsson, where Andreea managed the implementation of DocuSign across multiple Mediterranean countries and acted as a subject matter expert for Avature Applicant Tracking System. Andreea began a career in recruitment as an intern at OC Prod and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași and additional education from the University of Bucharest.
