Daniel Simmons currently serves as the Head of Gas Origination at ENGIE since July 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Originator at GDF SUEZ Trading from April 2015 to July 2018, and Originator at EDF Trading from January 2008 to March 2015. Daniel also held the titles of Global Gas Expert and Gas Expert at the International Energy Agency from January 2005 to January 2008. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Risk Manager for oil, gas, and structured products at EDF Trading from February 2002 to January 2005. Daniel Simmons earned a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Durham University between 1995 and 1999.
